As a coworker was ducking into her car after work, I once commented on her new hairdo, saying it was lovely. She nearly burst into tears and thanked me. I found out later she had been undergoing radiation therapy for cancer and nobody had approached her on her new wig.

So what new hairdos are TWWers rocking lately? I'm growing mine out ever since the breakup. He always liked mine shaved about an inch short and now it's below my shoulders, no bangs as of yet. I've always liked low maintenance but the shampoo glob has been growing steadily over the months. Definately looking forward to saving up for beautification luxuries, but the gym is all I can afford as of yet.

He had this thing about groundhogs... he liked it when my SCALP was shaved short and I would pop my head up above the covers like a groundhog. Or some such nonsense.

Current bf doesn't mind the hairdo.

ive been dyeing my hair darker than my natural color for a couple years now


its a hard cycle to get out of because the light roots look like ass- make me look grey or something


if you decide to start coloring, you should stick to highlights or peekaboo panels, especially if your hair money is few and far between. this look is kinda extreme here, but this is the general idea. i am thinking about putting some darker ones in mine.




bangs are hard to pull off but long face-framing layers flatter everyone.

My hair is longer than it has been in YEARS. However, I have been avoiding haircuts for a couple of months in preparation for St. Baldricks on 2/28 as part of the 96 Rock team. I am going to shave my head for the first time to raise money for children's cancer research.

My hair is getting long. It ties itself into a big knotty dread lock every morning when I shampoo. Then a bunch of strands break when I try to comb out the knots. It's like ghetto layering technique. Very 70's looking.
