They both sound great, so it really depends on what I'm in the mood for....However, I eat sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and pesto fairly often, so I'll try:

Sweet potato: 2Sun dried tomato: 2^ Yeah the sweet potato one I had at the Weathervane about a year ago. I wasn't entirely sure about it but it was SO FREAKIN' GOOD when it arrived at the table.

some people think that mixing random odd ingredients makes good cuisine. those people are wrong.

that would be delicious^^ the 2nd dish has LESS potential - it is more conservative and thus more safe... giving it less potential to be amazing but a greater likelihood of being good[Edited on February 1, 2009 at 11:02 AM. Reason : good... not great - tomatoes and cheese, while delicious, are a little blase]
2/1/2009 11:01:43 AM
yall put too much stuff in shitmakin it all artsy
2/1/2009 11:03:40 AM

"Sundried tomato goat cheese ravioli in a pesto sauce."

The first sounds waaay too rich. I'd rather go with the goat cheeze one and I'd rather have a marinara sauce instead of a pesto one.[Edited on February 1, 2009 at 2:14 PM. Reason : sp]

2/1/2009 5:17:41 PM
because they know it wouldn't be shit compared to El's and people would just laugh at their attempt
