Does ReceiveDeath has some sort of special considerations attached to him?

Have you guys ever stayed up for like two days straight or not eaten anything...and then you get kinda wacky, giddy, loopy in the head? And everything is funny to you, especially stupid stuff?

Cause that's what he acts like all the time. It's kinda cool, but it also makes it difficult to relate to him.
