I was able to transfer a T43 LCD to my T22. It's slight red when it powers up then is fine. I couple of pressure points on the LCD.

Just to add, I can't seem to find my power cord. I will keep looking for it this week but it's possible I lost it. Any IBM laptop cord or a generic will substitute fine.
