Not all women are capable of orgasming. A good 30% or so can never orgasm. How can they be blamed for it?

And among the ones who can orgasm, maybe they haven't had a good enough experience yet (whether with someone or solo) that could bring them to orgasm. Again, how is that their fault?

I hope that you mean *during intercourse* because ALL women are capable of an orgasm. Only 10% report having never had one and I think that it just just a matter of time before they have one. It is true that a good percentage of women have trouble having an orgasm during intercourse, but 30% of women never have an orgasm period is bunk.
