You can make HJ Buttermilk pancakes with way less powder than it makes to make AJ. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on them after you pour them in the pan and my god its so good.

I used to go to IHOP all the time and get the swedish pancakes, the german pancakes, the vietnamese potato pancakes...
...you know... international pancakes?
And they were fucking delicious. You couldn't get them anywhere else. They were nearly addictive.
Then, they changed "International House of Pancakes" to "IHOP", and basically dropped them from the menu.
All of them.
Now, they've added back the swedish one, but they're calling it a "crepe"....
