Skiing/Snowboarding isn't for everyone. Lift tickets, accommodations, gear etc all adds up. If you can't afford the additional cost of renting gear you probably shouldn't go. $20/day is not much for that. Nobody on TWW can help you with the ~$50/day for lift tickets.

^^in times like these $20 for pretty much doing nothing might just be worth someone's while.

^you can make that argument for just about anyone who is in classifieds looking for a deal....

Video games aren't for everyone. Controllers, games, DLC etc all adds up. If you can't afford the additional cost of buying a game at full price you probably shouldn't even play. $60 is not much for that. Nobody on TWW can help you with the ~$250 for a console.

Go to concerts isn't for everyone. Tickets, parking, refreshment etc all adds up. If you can't afford the additional cost of paying full price for a ticket you probably shouldn't go. $50 a ticket is not much for that. Nobody on TWW can help you with the ~$30 a pop for T-shirts.

I have no problem with being able to afford the gear and such, just trying to save myself a little money in the meantime. I figured I would give it a shot since most of the people who have mentioned that they did have equipment, said it has sat in their garage/closet etc for the past X amount of years without being used.

So once again, if someone can help me out and would let me borrow some gear it would be greatly appreciated.
If $20 isn't "worth your while" let me know what would be. I was thinking along the lines of a case of your fave beer (if you are over 21)
