had the carpets professionally cleaned and the house is completely empty now. yard has been cleaned up for spring/summer and the house is still available.

I have dropped the rent to $1100.00/month now.

It is a sweet house. It would only be about 7 miles to work for me. I have a beagle so the fenced in back yard it a big draw. Here is the issue, my roomate works at IBM. Not sure if he would go for a 25 min drive to work while mine is 10. That and our lease is not up until end of July. Good luck renting it.

$916 and that includes cable. I live in CH and go to UNC. But we've been thinking about moving into a house, and yours is quite nice, and I do like the location. Our lease is up in August. So, if you haven't found someone by then, let me know.
