^^ No, it just is the best tasting yogurt I've found. The others are good too, but Yoplait is the best. Ain't got shit to do with name brands. Food Lion yogurt is by far NO GOOD.[Edited on February 25, 2009 at 3:18 PM. Reason : ^]

Ingredients * 1 quart 2-percent milk * 1/2 cup powdered milk * 1 to 2 tablepoons honey * 1/2 cup plain yogurt, room temperatureDirectionsPour milk into small saucepan and whisk in powdered milk and honey. Place over medium heat and bring to 120 degrees F on an instant read thermometer. Once milk has reached 120 degrees F, pour into a cylindrical plastic container, reserving 1/2 cup. Whisk in the reserved 1/2 cup into the yogurt and add back to the milk mixture.Place container into a narrow wine bucket, lined with a heating pad. Set the heating pad to medium. Let the mixture ferment for 3 to 12 hours making sure the temperature stays as close to 115 degrees F as possible. After fermentation is complete place into the refrigerator overnight.I've been wanting to try this one out. Maybe without the superfluous Good Eats complicatedness.

no good since Nicolas le Chatlier was replaced in 2000.
2/25/2009 4:57:59 PM
le chatlier's principle has nothing to do with yogurt.

There are a few of the Yoplait flavors that are so very very good. I keep them in our snack drawer here at home. But I feed my baby Stoneyfield Farms because they have a whole milk based yogurt.
