1. About 5 bones in my feet and several tendons are in the wrong place. I want to fix that. They hurt all the time.

2. Jaw surgery. My upper and lower teeth are not aligned, so I can't bite things with my front teeth. It would be nice to eat burgers with lettuce and tomato in public without getting shit all over myself. Basically, they cut your jaw behind the last molars, put a spacer in, and your bones grow over it.

3. Breast implants. I look fucking twelve.

4. Laser hair removal. More for convenience than the others.

5. I have some broken veins in my back. They can fix that with a simple injection.

Those aren't really cosmetic. If I could have narrower feet (mine are EE width) with higher arches then it would solve a lot of foot problems.
Moving my lower jaw forward might help my snoring.

I've got some reconstructive work I need done.

I'm about halfway there in terms of the weight I need to lose to justify cosmetic surgery.

I'm confident I can get some help with the scratch. But I've destroyed my body, and it's gonna cost a lot more to fix than I anticipated.

So this thread is kinda depressing.

i guess teeth whitened. but i don't like when people have too white of teeth...like you KNOW. so whitening scares me. because a lot of people i've seen do it went like...far. no one's teeth are like bleach white!!! well, except for theirs now. and it is blinding. like

oh and not that i'm happy with the way natural boob size panned out, but i mean, i'm fine with it. IFFFFFF (if) i am at my normal good weight (trying to go back) then boobs are fine but i am petite so i'm just petite with petite boobs and it can be cute. BUT when the weight gain happens first it is the butt, then the thighs, THEN the boobs and its like, you know, the fat girl boobs. like yes, they are bigger but so is everything else so everyone knows that its just the chubby boobs. not real boobs

i hate chubby arms. those come after the boobs but i never let it get to that point. which is why i've started signing up for random running races to inspire some gym time. either that, or i'm going to die on the trail.

well, what will really happen is i'll just pay the registration fee and not show up for the race.

I'd like my teeth straightened, and realistically I might do that some day.

Unrealistically, in Ideal World, I'd love to get laser hair removal on my face so I don't have to shave. I'd leave sideburns and the goatee area undone, but I wouldn't look good with a full beard, so the rest of it's gotta go.

Other than that, I'm pretty happy with stuff about my body that cosmetic surgery could fix. I would love to actually have some pecs some day, but would want to earn them rather than getting pec implants. I have Marfan syndrome, which has given me quite a number of abnormal features, some more noticeable than others; one of the more noticeable ones is a moderately protruding sternum, so even if I could build up strong chest muscles, it would still look a bit odd. All my other Marfan's features are untreatable by cosmetic surgery.
