anyone with that many pageviews all of their own has generated some revenue

all it takes is a 20:1 page:post ratio and you've generated 1 million pageviews

i can't recall when ads were added to the site but they weren't always present - additionally since the ownership changed some of the revenue generated didn't go to the current owners and thus they aren't likely to reward you for generating revenue for someone else

this would also lead to idiots padding even more
