drink some Gatorade and plenty of water as well, dehydration can cause cramping. the vinegar thing sounds like a bunch of hokey pokey

Eat vinegar via BBQ Sammiches maybe? That sounds like a win-win situation.

i'll look into it. i just know that a couple years back i ran myself down and had to spend a night in the hospital with the IV fluid bags, they wouldnt let me leave till the 2nd one finished dripping. and they said something about gatorade or pedialyte

the 64oz dosage was a part i kinda did on my own, cause i buy the 32 oz bottles and drink like 2 a day

isnt that related to RLS and all that? cause my legs dont hurt like someone with RLS (i think rls is bs btw, my shrinks waiting room has like 300 books on it)

no pain when i sit and no pain when im trying to sleep. only when i stand. its a lot different than what most people complain about

but ive read enough now to confirm vinegar as a potential remedy. mustard works for my heartburn. so fuck it!!1

This sounds really strange but on the People's Pharmacy they swear up and down if you sleep with soap under your legs at night that you will not have this problem during the day.

I also have restless leg syndrome but mine comes from my diabetes/fibromyalgia problems.
Restless leg also happens when you are depressed. I guess it has to do with low serotonin. Cymbalta helped me when I used it.

i just talked to a family member that gets a lot of similar weird little things like the ones i get. he said that not only did vinegar work for him, but it worked so well that he could actually feel it as it "moved through" his body once it got into his system.

i'm doing it bye

if you drink vinegar you are going get real nauseous, like REALLY nauseous

i wouldnt do it, drinking vinegar is a very dependable way to cut weight, and its not pretty

^^^that sounds like they are under the persuasion it is some sort of pH causation

my roommate believed in the black magic of vinegar--it never cured his retardation though

oh, and the cheapest, easiest way to up your potassium intake is to buy the sodium-free salt for people with hbp and mix it with your table salt

i mean dude it could be fucking anything. could be a medication, could be your diet, could be congenital, could be from underlying medical problems, could be exposures, etc. etc... the list goes on and on. that's why you see a doctor

and by doctor i don't mean the ER at 3am for something thats been going on for 6 days

the People's Pharmacy....ahahahaha dont fucking get me started on that shit

oh i am, my next GP appointment is in like 14 days, and i called the nurse to get on the cancellation bump list. obviously if it gets worse or anything i will go to ER or some specialist

at this point its a mild annoyance. so dont get me wrong, im not trying to skip out on the doc.

^also, thats the thing, its not like the kind of cramp that makes you hop around, the real tight kind. its mild but very sore. like i was saying, an annoyance at this point. if i hit the dirt, i'm on the next flight to the ER ahha

Vinegar is acid...so the "my body is too acidic or something" theory isn't correct

vinegar is an acid, which would not help make your body less acidic, it would make it more so, if such a thing were possible.

increase calcium intake as well.

cold compresses on the calf should help, i'm talking ice bags. that will help with 'clots' if that's part of it as well

get a massage?

stretch? both static and dynamic

if none of this helps and it still persists or gets worse then make a GP appointment.

my legs hurt a whole hell of a lot worse when i don't sleep with either a pillow between my legs or a leg over somebody or something like that.. just something to keep my knees separated helps a ton

yep, it's a nerve/circulation thing. figured it out when i was a little kid.

the soap under the sheets helps b/c you constantly rub your calves against them when you toss and turn.

get a leg massage, it feels good as hell.
