This sounds really strange but on the People's Pharmacy they swear up and down if you sleep with soap under your legs at night that you will not have this problem during the day.I also have restless leg syndrome but mine comes from my diabetes/fibromyalgia problems.Restless leg also happens when you are depressed. I guess it has to do with low serotonin. Cymbalta helped me when I used it.
3/2/2009 3:48:27 PM
my mom does the soap under the sheet thing
3/2/2009 3:49:44 PM
i just talked to a family member that gets a lot of similar weird little things like the ones i get. he said that not only did vinegar work for him, but it worked so well that he could actually feel it as it "moved through" his body once it got into his system.i'm doing it bye
3/2/2009 3:52:37 PM
if you drink vinegar you are going get real nauseous, like REALLY nauseousi wouldnt do it, drinking vinegar is a very dependable way to cut weight, and its not pretty^^^that sounds like they are under the persuasion it is some sort of pH causation[Edited on March 2, 2009 at 3:55 PM. Reason : d]
3/2/2009 3:53:28 PM
i always just assumed most cramps were just dehydration. so i hydrate.
3/2/2009 3:54:30 PM
my roommate believed in the black magic of vinegar--it never cured his retardation thoughoh, and the cheapest, easiest way to up your potassium intake is to buy the sodium-free salt for people with hbp and mix it with your table salt[Edited on March 2, 2009 at 3:59 PM. Reason : &c]
3/2/2009 3:56:50 PM
