depends on the kind of sneeze and what I'm doing or trying to do at the time.

a sneeze mid-swallow of a delicious beverage is most horrible... as said beverage comes out the nose and mouth spraying whatever is in front of you... just a total let down

I held in a sneeze once in class and farted instead while it was pretty quite, that was pretty embarrassing but I played it off like a champ.
