and I have no clue why

I'm not one of those panicky people, it takes a lot to make me sweat, but I'll be damned if I'm not about to leap out of my skin over nothing!

Started last night, couldn't sleep for shit even though I was tired, and hasn't gone away yet

TWW, do I have AIDS?

I feel that way when I'm about to do a big thing.

For example, I'm getting it double right now due to an over-break test I'm procrastinating, combined with having to travel tomorrow.

Nah, usually I barely know they're happening till the day-of. This one is big, near a deadline, and I haven't even started yet.

Also, paerabol, the answer is Yes. You do have AIDS.

Last night when I went to bed I was super cold so I put on a long sleeve tshirt. I woke up in the night sweating my ass off and peeled the shirt off. Then I woke up again freezing later and put the shirt back on inside out. I was like "damn, make up your mind"

being a bartender my hours are essentially nocturnal; I got off work at 5 this morning and couldnt fall asleep until sometime after 8:30...randomly sprung out of bed at 11 when normally I'll sleep till 2pm. All my senses are piqued and I'm harboring an unshakable feeling of foreboding. Like I said before my mood is generally rock-solid without some extreme external disturbance so to feel this way with no apparent cause is unsettling in and of itself. Like one of those feedback loops that would ramp exponentially to infinity were it not for the physical limitations of the device itself

and that's never a good thing

thanks for the article drew, the experiences described there are similar but not quite what I'm getting. I've known a few people with panic attacks and anxiety disorders and this doesnt quite fit that mold

^^i don't know whether to scoff at your generalization or applaud you for your insight, but this feeling is not unlike the feeling you get when you're coming off the peak of your last bump, that energetic but uncomfortable anxiety. Also one of the reasons I don't enjoy that shit and haven't done it in a good while, so I can't attribute it to that...thanks though

^ hah i don't like pills either but i could go for one of those atm
