The pizza peel never get substantially dirty. (Flour sifters, pizza peels, rolling pins, etc. almost never get washed. This is proper.) The pizza stone usually stays mostly clean, except for a few tiny spots where cheese occasionally melts over the pizza edge, but those are very minor, and because you leave the stone in the oven, that small amount of cheese just cooks off. The cutting board or pizza pan gets dirty when you cut the pizza, as does the pizza cutter -- but that's it. So, I'm pretty sure I don't have any more dishes than normal.

I'm pretty sure that the melted cheese grease and/or the tomato sauce, over time, damages the stone.
