yeah he owns the land that they have developed up. Its supposed to be mixed use, commercial and residential. It adds to the attractiveness that a baseball stadium is close by. Kind of like another Baxter Village but centered around the Knights.

has any of that stuff gotten out in the media? obviously reece was the big opponent of the uptown charlotte ballpark, and he had an angle with the parks being used for parks thing, but have any media outlets publicized the property he owns?
