My car was backed into tonight at pullen park. I was parked between the two baseball fields.

There were serveral people playing softball on field 1 and several other people playing football near the RR tracks.

If anyone saw it and can give me information about the driver, vehicle or license plate that can help the police find them I will pay you $250 cash.

Several witnesses told me it was a SUV. Possibly Ford Escape or Nissan X-terra.

My car was a White Mazda RX-8

What color was the SUV? Do you know if the people playing softball and football were part of a league? You might be able to check to see who had the fields reserved and show up at their next game.

The football people were in the grass. Probably a pickup game. Good call on checking the field reservations though.

Not totally related, but I think this happens a lot on campus.

I happened to be sitting in my car on the side of a road on campus when someone came screaming by and thier sideview mirror hit my sideview mirror. Luckily, it didnt do much to mine, but tore thier mirror completely off. The bitch slammed on her brakes, realized what happened, and then floored it.

License plate numbers FTW.

1. the car was nearly brand new
2. they got out and looked at it but chose not to leave a note

That picture is not of the damage. It is of where the damage is located. You can see it would get the back left quarter panel and rear bumper.


Also, I went over and talk to the guys who were playing flag football today (apparently they play everyday)

The car was a WHITE Nissan Xterra. Another friend of mine confirmed that a WHITE xterra was parked beside of my car when he got there.

The driver was a white male and the passenger was female. Passenger was not a hot female.

Na, probably not that bad of damage. The rubber from their bumper rubbed off on my car. A smudge is probably all they have.

Make sure you file for depreciation with your insurance company. They will just offer to pay to fix it, but you are entitled to the difference in diminished value now that it has been damaged.

Guy from my insurance company came today to estimate the damage. He says somewhere around 3,000. He also says that since I am a first party and it was a hit and run, North Carolina law does not allow for the diminished value.

Sucks to hear about your car. This is part of why I was always on the fence about getting a different car through college. Every month or so there's a new ding or scratch in my car. Students are worthless piles of shit. So are all of your neighbors unless you own a house. People don't respect other people's property for half a damn these days.

It's unfortunate too, because I work hard to buy nice things then they get fucked up by everyone else. The thing that really drives me crazy is that they all think I'm "too obsessive" about my car and I'm like "It's in my driveway and I don't want you bouncing footballs off my door panel."
