I live near the intersection of Lineberry and Trailwood (Gorman Street exit off of I-40) behind Melrose Apartments. I am out of the area right now and need to have my gutters cleaned (there's an accumulation of leaves). I don't have a ladder. It typically takes me about 15-20 minutes on the roof to clean the leaves out. It's a 1-story house so the gutters are only about 10 feet high off the ground. If you have a ladder and can swing by today or this weekend, let me know.
Also - let me know what you would charge (no clue what the "market rate" is but I'm hoping that it won't be too much for appox. 20-30 minutes worth of work total). Thanks! 3/13/2009 12:25:38 PM |

Regarding payment, I'll likely have 1 of the tenants pay you and then they can take it off their rent. Either way, I can assure whoever does it that they will get paid promptly. I have a contractor friend that said he'd do it for free but he's working out in Carrboro today through Sunday. I was hoping for a little less than $60. Feel free to send PM's if interested. Thanks!
