So this wont be available for another week or two because I just ordered a new laptop and have to wait for it to come in first. I have a feeling this will be going on ebay. This thing still runs but there are a few issues with it:

1. It's pretty ghetto, but you have to blow into the CPU fan to so it tricks the computer into thinking that it is running on startup or else you get a fan error and it cuts off....I've replaced the fan, but it still does the same shit so i don't know what the deal is. It never overheats or anything and the fan seems to be running after doing this though.

2. The CD-RW/DVD drive may or may not be fucked up. This happened a year or two ago so I ordered a new one from IBM, it worked for about a month then quit again. Not sure if it's a driver/mother board/faulty CD drive issue.

3. The battery is pretty much shot...lasts like 20 mins on full charge

It's still usable(i'm posting from it now), or you could just part it out on ebay or whatever

it's running on Windows XP

the AC adapter screwed up and I had to buy a new one and it's a universal one so i'll probably keep it

I have the same one I am replacing right now too. Will be getting a new one next week! I have had the fan replaced 3 times, a new hard drive, new keyboard, new AC adapter. Thing still freezes if you look at it wrong, the fan growls all day and the battery lasts 30 seconds max. Its lasted 5 years though, so I guess thats better than it could be
