I've got a friend looking to rent a significant workspace: either renting a large detached garage the size of Jeepman's from a trustworthy person, or finding a commercial space in a secure part of town. Both would preferably be within 20 minutes from the downtown/NCSU area. It would have to be around 900-1000 square feet. A regular storage space will not work so don't suggest it. It would ideally have 220 volt outlets at least, and maybe even a lift or a high enough ceiling to install one.
He is an established guy who is serious about this and understands the price range we're talking about here, so no GTFO comments needed.
If anybody has any leads, let me know. 3/30/2009 12:22:29 AM |

I rented a place right next to Agri-Supply in Garner. Originally sub-let it from BBR, but then took over the lease. Other than no heat and no running water, it was a pretty ideal shop. It was either 20x30, or 20x40, can't remember, but BIG, had 22 on the wall and good tenants around. 3/30/2009 5:43:42 AM |

ftw. this would be a really nice space and not a bad price at all. the dealership owner/employees are all great people too. http://horsepowerjunkies.com/forums/showthread.php?t=81613 4/2/2009 7:45:07 PM |
