I was caught having sex in public once by an officer. It was hard not to smile the entire time. We didn't get a ticket or anything. In that situation I was happy I broke the law simply for the story.

do i want to be in this situation, of course not. but i exhausted all options. the route i took will lead to a clean record in the end which is all i care about.

so its handled? most cases that involve cs end up being you do the cs to get it dismissed, and it is "pending" until its done so it will still show up in the aoc.

criminal record searches cost money its not that important to anyone i hope
