it's just something that's done at the beginning of meetings of congress.
it's really not a big deal. they take 20 minutes or something and honor some stupid bullshit. the ncaa table tennis champion from your state. the guy who saved a pregnant lady from a burning bldg. etc etc. there are FAR more wasteful things that congress does on a daily basis. 4/3/2009 5:13:05 PM |
