The kid asked out of his scholarship from Texas Tech b/c he wants to be closer to his family who reside in Durham...we NEED a talented/game changing point guard.....it would be a home hit!!

I had the chance to coach the kid during one summer season of AAU ball, and he makes our current three guards look like water boys.

He needs a coach who is going to give him structure, other student athletes who are not afraid to call him out if he does something dumb on/off the court, and a place that could also give some type of Big Brother program to his little brother-b/c they are insanely close and he's who he's more of a parent too than a brother.

I doubt Sidney Lowe or his staff get on the The Wolf Web, but I really wish Lowe or one of his staff members would atleast look into the possibility. He could take Ferguson's scholarship if Lowe hasnt promised it to anyone else???

I tried finding Lowe's email on the athletic's website but it was not up there....Ive seen the kid play, he's such a game changer-it's insane!

Does anyone know, what schools he may of been interested in when he left Texas Tech in March 2009??


Oh and by the way, when he played for us in AAU he averaged 19.5 points a game, 6 steals, 9assists a game!! Yeah I told you the kid can play and he made 90% of the guys guarding him look like middle school players. It was sick....just trying to help b/c I really want to see us recruit well since bball season is over!

Duke is already getting Seth Curry, and UNC's cabinets are already full with shitloads of talent....

all we need is one playmaker PG and big time center to get us back to the big dance! If Lowe and company tried i think they could definitely get Tyree to come to Raleigh!

Sorry Wolfood98, but Tyree is not good enough to play in the ACC. Well let me rephrase that, he's not good enough to play on any team that wants to compete in the ACC. I've seen the kid play plenty, and if you have that kind of baggage, you better have lottery pick game.

After watching our past basketball season he could dribble circles around all of our guards, and half of the ACC's guards in the league(minus Duke/Carolina).


It would be a good starting point with who we have coming back, not a sole answer for us, but a good starting point-If and only IF Graham wanted to be here....plus Tyree could learn alot from Lowe since he's really set on making it to the NBA eventually.
