I played an arcade game that was a really big shooter cabinet, you had to push a big metal foot pad in order to duck and take cover. Either that or you actually had to dodge left and right and crouch to take cover. Does that ring a bell?

we DLed it on Xbox live a couple weeks ago

If SFIV hadn't just come out, you could just get a 360/ps3 stick and plug it into a pc and get MAME for cheap. I'd recommend waiting a month or two and checking ebay for a cheap 360 one. That's the closest you're going to get I'm afraid. I haven't played that game at an actual arcade in 10 years.
