Sooooo.... CD player shat the bed sometime a while ago, as well as the stock speakers. i've got the Infinity system, so each speaker has 4 wires going to it and an amp attached.

What should I do:
- remove all original speakers and wires, then install component speakers back in the doors (like factory) and plain 5.25's in the rear
- remove all original speakers and wires, and jsut go back with the component door speakers
- try to utilize factory speaker wires and just add new speakers
- no radio, because the only music i need comes from my unmuffled stack

the rear speakers have some kind of built in amp and the fronts have a retarded crossover, so your best bet is all new wiring on that crap

yea the factory amp will have built in crossovers and most of the time makes aftermarket speakers sound pretty crappy. i would replace the hu, remove the amp and just connect the amp's inputs to the outputs. in the 95s i think the factory amp was only about 15w/chan most decent hus should give you 25-40% more power. combine that with aftermarket speakers and the difference should be night and day.
