2 bedroom apartment in Parkwood Village on the Greek Court Wolfline. Only one bathroom so you have to keep the seat down :-)

Quiet apartment, ground level. Only have neighbors on one side. I keep to myself, don't smoke but do drink occasionally. I really like it here.

I'm graduating in December, so you'd have to extend the lease if you wanted to stay after it.

Its a little higher than what you wanted- about 420 for all the utilities and everything but its just a 2 bedroom!
