I've gotta send my laptop back to my company, but I want to erase the HDD before I send it back since I've got a shit ton of pictures and passwords stored on there.

I've used KillDisk and Secure Erase and the hdd just doesn't seem to be recognized and anytime I run KillDisk nothing happens. Anyone got any insight?
