nah. i mean being sore is expected but it isn't sore like muscle sore it is sore like grindy cracky sore!! like joint sore.

it is probably because i'm not used to running (seriously the joys of swimming. well except for shoulder pain, but its a lot nicer on hips and ankles, etc!!).
