The guys they showed had two stomachs but one butthole and one of the guys liked to gorge themselves. That one sucks because they were facing each other joined at the pelvis with four legs. One guy was permanently leaning back. They looked like a spider and the doctor said they had one "hole" for urination though two bladders. Just getting up was a task for them, I bet they have to do it a lot with two bladders and rectums...
