i'm pretty average. there's nothing i would say i'm particularly good at. that being said, i fail at lots of things.

i think mine would be writing (according to other people). i mean everyone can learn to write pretty well, i guess. but just like everyone can learn to take pretty pictures, some people have like a "natural" eye, etc.

I've been talented in the arts through music, drawing, and some design/fashion. Mom's side of the family was big in the arts, grandfather was Professor of the Arts at Trenton State College and she's an artist. Never really pursued anything other than music to any extent.

Been reasonably talented at video games and technology, although I don't know if that's a talent or just practice.

I mean my talent is no where near as good as the great people, but I do pride myself in being musically talented and able to pick up several instruments...I may not be amazing at all of them, but I can pick up the basics pretty fast.

Hmm...

Well, I can pick up most anything very quickly. I picked up driving faster than both of my brothers, was able to pick up new topics at work and handle them without formal training, etc.

I've got an interesting ability of being able to remember hundreds and hundreds of details about all sorts of things. Useful and useless information included. Not quite a photographic memory, but I tend to hit on all of the important details and can recall them years and years later.

I'm also fairly good at explaining complicated topics to people in different ways and making it so a person can understand something without sounding like some sort of GD textbook.

I tend to be able to read and observe people and figure out a lot of things about them without necessarily directly conversing with them about something. Just from knowing a bit about people I've been able to pick out stuff they'd like really easily. It's also useful for figuring out what some peoples' motives/feelings are for many things (like figuring out when somebody is bad news, or when somebody is in a bad way but trying not to show it, etc).

I'm good with animals of all sorts, as long as they aren't mentally defective.

I am ridiculously patient and calm and manage to keep my cool in situations where many people would simply snap (and slap the shit out of somebody, or tell them to shut the fuck up, or they'd stab the customer with a pen or hang up the phone, etc).

I dunno, this is a bit vague. Talents can be most anything.

I guess, based on this post, my talent is that I'm a jack of many trades and that it doesn't seem like my ability to master these skills is hindered by having a number of things I might consider skills/talents.
