A woman in a Expedition, on the phone, rear ended me as I slowed for a yield onto an on ramp. I went squirrely but saved it. She bent the exhuast. Anyway, I've got a police report. This is my first time dealing with a claim. Anybody ever filed a claim on a bike? It wrinkled a little like a coke can and it's aftermarket.

should have just asked for $500 on the spot and left. insurance LOVES to dick you around on aftermarket stuff, even if they do cover it. it took about a month of haggling to get them to cover a couple prototype machines I had on loan from a client that got destroyed when I was t-boned.

I went though my own insurance and then they went after the other guy. State farm treated me right.
