all because the woman didn't have insurance and couldn't work the brakes

the guy i backed into. i was in the 4runner and he was right up on my ass in a lowered rice rocket. i looked in the rear view and saw nada. I ended up having my rear diff on his hood. dumbass never beeped or anything. cop put no blame on me for wreck and wrote him a ticket for not trying to avoid an accident. people lose. i won.

duke this was on a sunday morning on the way to your place. i was in the middle of street and had just passed your place. so i stopped, looked in the rear view and dropped the clutch to back up about 3 house down the street to go back to your place. kid told the cop he had pulled out of his drive way and right in behind me. i was so busy looking for the street number that i didnt see him pull up behind me. once he was close there was no way i would see him anyway.

edit: forgot to mention said kid had just turned 16 and him mummy had to come down the street to speak to the cop because he was too busy crying like a lil bitch.

ah, i remember that now that you mention it. this was when i lived over on vanderbilt.

i didn't know that the other guy got ticketed for "not avoiding an accident", though.

Yes.
Got rear ended by a drunk driver. Let my insurance company handle the repairs and then they recouped their money along with my deductible from the drunk's insurance co. There was never any question that he was at fault. Two years later my insurance rates went up. I called my agent (Frank Ascott, Nationwide) and was told that they went up because of an accident. The people in the agent's office did a poor job of going to bat for me with the corporate office. I called corporate myself. After wasting hours of time on that shit I called around and ended up switching to Allstate.

Fuck Nationwide btw.
