My GC townhouse will have one bedroom open for all of July and possibly June as well. My roommate wants to leave Raleigh asap, but is locked into paying June's rent. Our lease is up at the end of May, so the month-to-month rent would be $337.50. Cable is $48, while the electric bill has been running between $80-100 with the A/C off (and the A/C sucks, which is why it has been off).

I just graduated, so I'm job hunting and will be trying to maintain a "normal" sleep schedule. I'm not a big fan of loud music, but I'm pretty laid back as far as everything else goes.
