Prefer garage and/or fenced-in yard.

I'm having a hard time finding anything meeting this criteria so I'd be open to advice as well.

ADVICE---You're not going to find a 3 bedrrom house with a garage/and or fenced in back yard in the specified area for 1300 a month...maybe you should try the trailwood hills area although I'm sure most of those houses are gone as well.

Well I actually did find one house in that area, about 5 blocks from Moore Square, for $1300. Not sure about how shady the neighborhood is though, gonna do a drive-by later.

Like I said the garage and fenced in yard items are wish list stuff (though a driveway is mandatory)

I live off Lineberry right now. My future roommates and I are looking for something a little more "urban", i.e. decent walk to bars/restaurants.

I appreciate the advice though

Anyone drive by any for rent signs recently? We've found one on Wade Ave that is quite affordable (a 3 BR) but haven't taken any steps forward.

Really anything word of mouth would be helpful.

^I never heard from that guy. Though the sign's still up on Wade Ave (I should check the number on the sign).

Checked out 2 houses on Wade Ave last night, they sucked.

Checking out one near Five Points tonight, got my fingers crossed!
