I need someone to take over my lease for the summer. It's an apartment that I share with one roomate close to NCSU, Cary, and Garner on the corner of Gorman and Thisledown. The rent is $535.00 a month with everything included. Water, electricity, internet, cable, and washer and dryer. The apartment features a walk-in closet, it's own bathroom, roomy balcony and even an outside storage space! Community amenities include a pool, movie theater, and fitness center. Dogs and cats are welcome for small monthly fee. I am already moved out so you can move in at your convenience!
