I'm moving and not taking my couch with me. Cushions aren't all that springy anymore, as it is ~23 years old, but it's still reasonably comfortable. Also really good to lay/sleep on. In good shape for its age, no rips/tears/burns, and was in my parents' house from new until 5 years ago, at which time I got it. No stains, no smells, no funny business. $free but I cannot deliver, you'll need to pick it up. Located off Kaplan.

is craigslist broken? If it takes you 2 days to give away a couch you're either a) doing it wrong or b) you're gonna have to pay someone to take it .

Seriously though, put that shit on craigslist or wait til august. Your audience on here isn't exactly prepared to pick up a free couch in June.

I hadn't posted it on craigslist b/c I wanted to give the TWW crowd a crack at it first. Though you do have a point in that I would have been better off doing this in either May or August. However, I was using it in May, and it needs to be gone before August. If I don't get any bites here within a week or so, I know I can fall back to Craigslist and it will probably be gone within the day.

Oh, there's another one available that was my roommate's. Slightly newer, cushions are a little more springy, but not any prettier. Which one is in better shape is debatable, you can take whichever or both.
