walk into Sprint store.
ask what the process is to port your number to another carrier
when sales person asks "WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE US??"
say, i want to take advantage of getting a new phone for cheaper than what you guys will do it for

i guess the logic is if you're an existing customer with 3 months left and you get a new phone, they're only guaranteed of getting 3 months worth of money from you

new customers either gonna pay them for 12 or 24 months

Are you renewing out of contract? If so, you're entitled to all of the new customer incentives.
