Hello! I have a room available in an apartment in Parkwood Village- right next to a stop on the Greek Court Wolfline- for the fall semester. This is perfect for seniors graduating in December that just need a place for a short while. I don't really socialize at home much and spend most of my time in my room. I'm taking a huge courseload next semester, so I would prefer someone else that studies or is at least quiet. I've lived with both girls and guys before, and don't have a preference to either, as long as you clean the hair out of the shower or sink!

As for me, I am a female senior in PRT (gradating in December) at NC State. I enjoy video games and other nerdy things, cooking, and all things tourism.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of the complex on the ground floor. Rent is $330 + half of electric and cable/internet (usually around 400, a little higher when its really cold). Let me know if you have any questions. Right now the apartment is being subleased, so I can't show it to you, but I'd be glad to send you pictures.

Please no smoking and no pets.

No inside cigarette smoking

I've gotten a few hits off of Craigslist, but nothing has panned out. This is great for someone graduating in December and doesn't want to be tied down to a lease past then!
