Not for me, but for my 21-yr-old brother who will be starting full-time school...
He's very laid back, quiet but doesn't mind noise or ppl who stay up late...
His only "fault" would be that he "smokes"...so we need to find roommates cool with that...
Let me know, thanks for looking! 6/14/2009 5:20:10 PM |

I'm not positive, but saying that he "smokes" can't possibly lead to good things. 6/14/2009 6:09:44 PM |

Budget? I know elise's old landlord is looking to rent out the 1bedroom/1bath/full kitchen place attached to their house. It's really, really nice, and pretty damn cheap for the quality (said landlord is a general contractor, and built it as space for either one of her parents, or her in-laws). It's down past sonic a little ways. But it's still probably a little more than your usual college kid is looking to spend. On the plus side, the husband is always keen to make sure the tenants have found the playboy channel 6/14/2009 8:35:30 PM |

I don't think he could afford more than 600 (including utilities)... 6/14/2009 10:10:46 PM |
