Our previous programmer was using ColdFusion for just about everything. Specific knowledge of open source CMS software like Drupal is a big plus.

Thinking now is that we might want to contract with/hire someone for 2-3 months to establish our content management system and set up the structure of our new site. That could change -- this is a bit of a work in progress here right now.

Ideally, we'd like to hire a student on a part-time basis to set up our content management system (as automated as possible) that can communicate with our text-editing and front-end systems.
