OK, I need to sell these IMMEDIATELY. I will take what I can get, and you'll get a deal!

1. Cherry colored computer desk from Office Depot (i think).
* Really good shape, used definitely but gently.
* No chips, splits, cracks. Some wear on top from using a computer mouse.
* Keyboard tray slides out and the shelf on the right side has like 5-6 height adjustments

2. "Living Room" Chair
* Rocks/Leans back (i mean intentionally, not that it's broken)
* Swivels 360 degrees smoothly
* You do kinda sink a little into the chair, but hey fits me.
* I've vacumned/cleaned/Febreezed it
* Throw pillow comes with it

SO! I'm moving from my apartment and don't have a truck to move these two items SO THEY HAVE TO GO!

DESK: Bought it new for about 100-120, would LIKE to get 25-35
CHAIR: Bought used for $70, would like to get $15.
BOTH: $170-$190 would LIKE to get $40.

That would be ideal, BUT I HAVE TO GET RID OF THEM.

* I WILL HELP YOU LOAD THEM (i'm a big guy), and if you're within 15-20mins can follow you to destination and help you unload/move, but like I said I have no truck so you'll have to pick them up.
