randy' pizza in durham has good philly cheese steak. but i don't seek out good cheese steaks. so maybe some of these others are better. i couldn't tell you.

^^Garner Ale House? I can't speak to that but at Carolina Ale House they're bland and extremely meh

I'd vote for Best Steaks in Crossroads, or Penn Station farther north near crabtree or on capital blvd

I loved the one's at miami grill. they were always sloppy, melty, and they had that "extremely bad for your health" look to them. Great onions too. I would occasionally grab a 9" from them but unfortunately they closed down a month or few ago. that place was kind of nasty.

no. its not a 'build your own' its just bbq without sauce on it and you add your own sauce. there are lots of bbq places that don't put sauce on their sandwiches. this place just has more than one sauce to choose from.

The place in Crossroads was better before that dude sold it to the family that now owns it.

We used to go there 2-3x a week after high school and we would get mad discounts.

you'd think a fat chick would know food a little better. pulled pork, when correctly made is cooked with the vinegar in it. Adding your own sauce at the end is some bullshit.
