I'm looking into getting a townhouse in East Raleigh (Hedingham) for the next or maybe more. It's a 2BR/2.5BA townhome with a fireplace, kitchen appliances, W/D hookups and walk-in closets. Each Bedroom (upstairs) has it's own private bathroom (The half bath is downstairs in the living room)

Rent would be approximately $400 plus half the utilities.

You also get access to an 18-hole golf course (on site) and a 27-hole course (clayton) for free, as well as access to the athletic club and two pools.

I realize that Hedingham is about 15 minutes from campus, but if you'd like to live in a more grown-up atmosphere (grad students or young professionals perhaps?) it might be a good place for you.

About me: Non-smoker, occasional drinker, love watching/playing sports, laid back, clean, drug free, have friends over occasionally

You: Be a cool, down-to-earth person, drug free as well.
