My roomate is moving to Fla, so I'm looking to rent out his room in the beginning of August. My house is 1800 sq ft with 4 bedrooms (1 I made an office) 2 living rooms. It is located right off Lynn and Leadmine Rd (Great location!) Located on 1/2 acre of fenced in land. Everything is furnished except your bedroom. Digital cable with 50" TV in living room with all movie channels and more. $600 all inclusive. You will be 1 our of 3 roomates. also the house gets fully cleaned once a month and the landscaper comes 2 times a month. Here are some pics before I started painting:

Thanks, yea...Since the pics I've painted a few of the rooms. The office is now red with a framed wolfpack pic on the wall :-)
