I put the jeep's shifter in 'D' and I can shift my transmission like a manual. The rocker switch puts the torque converter into lockup.

It actually is because I swapped in an AW4, which has its own standalone TCU. I couldn't get wiring diagrams to match up so I never got the wiring right, plus it wouldn't communicate with the ECU on the jeep anyway.
