One room is pretty much furnished, it is a very big room. It has an older big screen TV with DVR, large corner desk, queen bed, and a night stand. Anything you do not want can be removed. That one is $450/mo.
The other room has a bed that can stay but no other furniture. DVR. It is a little smaller. That one is $430/mo.
ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT.

The lease term is very negotiable, I own the townhouse so you don't have to deal with a management company. The rental terms are month to month with 30 days notice required to vacate, prorated rent if you move in/out mid month. The location of this place makes it excellent for commuting to campus because the Gorman St. wolfline stop is like a 60 second walk. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. We have a young playful dog here, and an older declawed cat. As long as your animal gets along with the current ones, and is housebroken then it should work out fine.
