$350/mo + utilities (roughly $80-120/mo). My parents have a 2br/2ba apartment that I was living in, and now that I've moved out they're looking to rent it out ASAP. It's a 1200 sq ft ground-level apartment at Avery Close apartments off of Avent Ferry Rd, which is about 7 minutes walking distance to centennial and 30 minutes walking distance from campus. On the wolfline as well.

Has washer/dryer, private bathroom, pool (in apartment complex) and nifty roommate that brews beer and can fix just about anything. Existing roommate is an engineering student (a guy). Lease is through January 31st OR through July 31st 2010 if you're looking for a place to stay for a full year.

Your main closet. There's also a linen closet of sorts in the room which adds a great deal of storage.




The bathroom sink and shower/toilet room. That light switch has been painted and repaired as well (just today we went in and finished cleaning/painting; didn't get any pics).




The entryway, laundry closet, and kitchen. There is a dining room (which I'm standing in taking the pic).




The living room. There's now a 42" LCD TV there, a couch, and a leather ottoman I think (roommate moved some of his stuff in once I moved out).

There's also a storage shed out back which has some paint in it that easily has room for a few boxes. It's "outside" though, so make sure whatever you put out there is taped shut well or weatherproof.
