I've used it for two years and there are only two issues with the unit:
#1 - The Remote was chewed slightly by a dog but all the buttons are still functional
#2 - The DVD tray will only open by turning the unit off and holding down two buttons

128 capacity cd case, 208 capacity cd case, 20Q, and the Sharper Image Noise-Cancellation Headphones are all gone.
