Well the biggest error is that this isn't about changing the grading scale for students, it's about grading the schools. And this scale has been in use since 2015. This would just make that permanent. This is one of the great legacies of the supermajority + McCrory.

I'm not even going to try and start finding all the grammatical/spelling errors.
