I sorta thought when I hit "post" that the headline would get the wrong reaction but there are 2 guys there and one woman and I told her I would keep the 4th room for another female. So, ladies, this is legit and not guys looking for a female roomy.

I prefer male roommates. They have never woken me up at 8am on a Saturday to make me help clean the apartment or made me spend an afternoon moving around furniture because they got a book on feng shui.

i hate u-woods. worst apartment complex ever. is worth $250/month, anything more is a downright scam (i lived there for a year paying $320)

Stealing from the Gov't??? Not sure what you are asking or suggesting.

The renters I have said that this is by far the best value they found for the money. Hope you ladies look and make up your own minds. My daughter lived there for 3 years until graduating from NCSU and my son lived there too. I bought the second floor so that it wasn't ground floor but you don't have to walk up too many steps.

Have had many guys call but no girls. I have kept a room vacant and am losing money in order to have my female renter happy. So, if you know of a woman looking for a nice place, let them know about this one.
